About Us
Lite-Tek began as a local lighting company in Richmond, Virginia in 2000. Over the past ten years, we have grown significantly, serving customers on a national scale. Along the way, the need arose to provide not only quality lighting production, but quality audio and video as well. To facilitate this demand, we have partnered with like-minded providers of both audio and video in order to make Lite-Tek a one-call shop. By partnering as opposed to branching into providing these services ourselves, we have been able to continue our focus on being the best lighting company possible.
We have a wide range of clientele and can find the best way to light anything from a small local venue or church, all the way to arenas. Whether they be sporting events, concerts or corporate meetings, we approach all of our events with the genuine desire to provide the finest service and products available, at a price that is fair. Our philosophy of hiring great people, combined with continuing education and constant dedication to our customers' needs has resulted in consistent growth, primarily through repeat and referral work.
Our current facility located in central Virginia is within easy reach of much of the eastern United States. We maintain a fleet of trucks which are ready to dispatch anywhere in the continental U.S. While our core business is in live production, our inventory is available for rent as well. Our rentals are currently also searchable via Genielux using their FREE iPhone App.

Now Available at Lite-Tek Entertainment
We are now setup with Light Converse to provide CAD and pre-visualization services for your show. Featuring a 42" monitor, we can design a show for you, or enter your design into our system. Once entered in the system, fixtures can be addressed, focused and colored (conventionals). By hooking up your console of choice, yours or ours, the show is now ready to start programming. This is a great tool to save money on fixture and venue rental for pre production. It is also a great way to learn a console. We will be offering discounted sessions, by appointment to work with consoles in our inventory if you are trying to learn something new.
